Bernardo Rojo, a Menswear Creative Director with a distinguished international career,  blends an analytical acumen with artistic talent to infuse fresh perspectives into fashion brands, thereby amplifying growth opportunities and facilitating the evolution of brand DNA.
Commencing his journey at Alfred Dunhill in London, Bernardo's trajectory led him to the position of Head of Creative Design, overseeing Menswear products. His portfolio further expanded with freelance collaborations in the U.K. and U.S. with renowned brands like Holland & Holland, Gieves & Hawkes, Bergdorf Goodman, and Burberry.
Following a brief stint in Miami, where he served as Menswear Design Director of Mondo di Marco at Perry Ellis International, Bernardo relocated to New York in 2003, were he held roles at Michael Kors and Joseph Abboud. At Joseph Abboud, he ascended to the role of Creative Director, orchestrating a transformative brand revival, culminating in doubling the company's valuation. The brand was subsequently acquired by The Men's Wearhouse in July 2013. Post-acquisition, Bernardo opted for a buyout, returning to London in 2015. 
Leveraging his visionary leadership and artistic talents, he served as a creative consultant for various menswear brands. His career is characterised by a relentless pursuit of excellence, brand transformation, and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
In 2022 Bernardo joined Ted Baker, where he served as the Head of Menswear, leading the menswear design team, spearheading product development initiatives, and driving the creative vision for the brand's menswear collections. His role involved collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of design strategies with Ted Baker's brand ethos and market positioning objectives.
 In 2024, Bernardo left the company to join StyleGaze as an advisor, contributing to the development of a cutting-edge Fashion AI Platform that analyses internet data to provide real-time, location-specific fashion insights, helping brands identify trends, streamline product assortments, and enhance design innovation to align with market demands, customer preferences, and brand DNA, by analysing social media data to offer precise consumer demand insights for informed business and creative decisions.
In addition to his roles with global brands, Bernardo is the founder of Bernardo Rojo Limited, a London based design and creative consultancy working with clients in both London and New York.
